What should a home customer tell you?
Your postcode, type or approximate size of home, the help you want, how often you may need it and any preferred days or times are a useful starting point.
What should a Home Help & Companionship customer tell you?
Tell us who the service is for, the kind of practical help or companionship you are interested in, how often you may need visits, and anything useful about routines or access.
You can ask about household help, laundry and ironing, changing bed linen, shopping, simple meal preparation, sealed prescription collection, companionship and suitable accompanied outings.

What should a business customer tell you?
Your business name, postcode, type of premises, approximate size, preferred frequency and suitable cleaning times will help us understand the requirement.
Do I have to commit just by asking for a quote?
No. An enquiry is the start of a conversation. The service, availability and price need to be clear before you decide whether to proceed.
Can I ask about more than one service?
Yes. For example, a home customer may want regular housekeeping plus ironing, or housekeeping combined with Home & Away support at certain times of year.

For larger homes, workplaces or more detailed requirements, we may suggest a short conversation or visit before confirming the final quotation.
