Paulina Petoral Tinsley

Paulina brings more than 25 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality and customer service across Dubai, the Philippines and the United Kingdom.

Her hotel career began in Dubai, where she rose from Administrative Assistant to Head of Housekeeping at a five-star hotel under the JW Marriott brand. She later became a Cluster Head Housekeeper in the Philippines, where her responsibilities also included providing practical apprenticeship training to graduating Hotel and Hospitality Management students.

In the UK, Paulina's Head Housekeeper experience has included Peckforton Castle, Holiday Inn and Hotel Indigo Chester. During the pandemic, she also worked in London as a Nanny/Housekeeper, and her experience includes working as Head Housekeeper in a residential home. These roles gave her an understanding not only of professional housekeeping standards, but also of the trust and care involved in working in people's homes and living environments.

Her experience extends beyond hospitality. Paulina spent five years in Capital One's Fraud Department, where confidentiality, accuracy and customer service were essential. Today, she is also Chairman of the Cheshire East Filipino Community, bringing people together through community activities, events and partnerships.
