We focus on professional housekeeping and practical household support. We do not provide regulated personal care, nursing or clinical services, hazardous specialist cleaning, or work requiring specialist certification that falls outside our service.

Inviting somebody into your home is personal. The service should be clear, respectful and built around what you actually need.
What can regular housekeeping include?
Your agreed service can combine routine cleaning with practical housekeeping such as bed making or linen changes, light tidying, laundry, folding and in-home ironing. We agree what matters to you rather than assuming every home needs the same checklist.
Do I have to book every week?
No. We can discuss weekly or fortnightly housekeeping as well as one-off and deeper cleans, subject to availability.
Will I know who is coming into my home?
CHS is being developed as a managed housekeeping company with trained employees rather than an anonymous marketplace. We will explain the arrangements clearly before your service begins.
What if I have pets?
Tell us about pets when you enquire so we can plan the visit appropriately. Straightforward pet-feeding visits may also form part of Home & Away where agreed.
Can you use my products or equipment?
Yes, where agreed. We will make clear what CHS supplies, what you prefer us to use and any surface or product information we need to know.
What if I need to change or cancel a visit?
Our booking and cancellation arrangements are set out clearly before you commit, including the notice expected for regular domestic services.
