Can you feed my pets?
Straightforward feeding and check-in visits may be agreed for suitable pets. Overnight house sitting, veterinary treatment and specialist animal care are not provided.
Can you prepare the house for my return?
Yes, this can be discussed. A pre-return housekeeping visit could include agreed cleaning and practical tasks so the home feels ready when you arrive back.
Will you hold my keys?
Keyholding can be arranged where required. Keys and access information are handled securely and arrangements are agreed with you in advance.
What happens if you notice a problem?
Your contact and escalation instructions should be agreed before you leave, including who we should contact if something unusual is found during a scheduled visit.
