Do I need previous housekeeping experience?
Experience is helpful, but it is not the only thing we look for. Reliability, attitude, care, willingness to learn and respect for customers' homes and workplaces matter enormously.
Will training be provided?
Yes. Our employment model includes induction, practical training and clear housekeeping expectations before somebody is approved for customer work.
Will I be self-employed?
The current business plan is to employ housekeepers rather than operate as a self-employed cleaner marketplace.
Is there room to progress?
Yes. The development pathway can run from trainee and housekeeper through to experienced housekeeper and senior or team-leader responsibilities as the company grows.
