Information for domestic consumers about cancelling a booking or contract.
If you simply need to cancel or rearrange a booked visit, please contact us as soon as possible. Our normal request is at least 48 hours' notice. The cancellation provisions in our Customer Terms explain when a reasonable charge may apply.
If you are a consumer and make an eligible service contract online, by telephone or away from our business premises, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after the contract is made, subject to legal exceptions.
If you ask us to begin work during that period, we will ask for your express request before starting. If you later cancel after work has begun, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services properly supplied up to cancellation.
You can cancel by any clear statement sent to us. You do not have to use the form below, but you may copy and send it if you prefer.
