Is this more than a basic cleaning service?
Yes. Home housekeeping can include the everyday jobs that keep a home properly cared for, such as beds, laundry, ironing, light tidying and routine cleaning, depending on the service agreed with you.
Can I arrange regular help?
Yes. The service is being designed for regular weekly or fortnightly housekeeping as well as one-off and deeper cleans, subject to availability and your requirements.
What about keys, pets and my home while I am away?
Access and key arrangements will be agreed clearly. Home & Away is also designed for scheduled home checks, plants, post, bins and straightforward pet-feeding visits while you are away.
A service you can organise properly.
Can the service work around our opening hours?
That can be discussed as part of the quotation. The aim is to agree a practical schedule around your premises, access arrangements and preferred working times.
Will we have a clear cleaning specification?
For regular workplace housekeeping, the scope should be agreed clearly so both sides understand the areas, tasks and frequency included in the quotation.
What happens when a regular team member is unavailable?
CHS is a managed housekeeping company rather than an introduction service. Staffing and cover arrangements will be discussed with customers as the team grows.
